George got his Power Ranger toys from Unky Jeff & Aunt Meghan yesterday. They were a big hit. Thanks! He's named the red Power Ranger "Austin" and talks to him on the phone when there's a big emergency situation - asking him if he can be there in one second. Oh what an imagination!
Estelle and John did indeed go shopping for his birthday presents yesterday on their day off together. They got him a Wiffle Ball set (in hopes that he won't dislike ALL sports, only soccer) and a chin up bar that will probably be set up in his closet.
He's decided on homemade cheeseburgers and french fries for his birthday meal. He first stuck with his favorite choice - sweet potatoes, cauliflower, and ham that he says all together so it sounds like sweetatoecauliflam - but since he's getting older he decided that change is good. The treat at school will be Spiderman cupcakes and the cake for his party will be half chocolate / half vanilla with rainbow frosting. You know, he might grow up to be a party planner instead of a t.v. ad executive ... although this morning he told Miss Gayla in great detail about the commercial about Trix cereal that he was eating for breakfast.
Silly rabbit, Trix are for kids!
